Terms and Conditions for Orders, Shipping, and Returns

1. Order Processing
Orders placed between Monday and Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within two to three (2-3) business days, contingent upon successful credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will commence processing on the next business day. All customers will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information once the order has been shipped. The estimated delivery time for shipped orders is seven to fifteen (7-15) business days, but this is only an approximation and subject to change.

2.Shipping Policies and Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping is available on orders of fifty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($59.99) or more, unless otherwise stated through promotional offers. Occasionally, promotional codes for discounted or free shipping may be issued; such offers are valid only when a legitimate promotional code provided by The Nichole Collection is applied at checkout.

3. Returns
Customers have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of merchandise to initiate a return. No exceptions will be made to this return window. Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. Upon return, a refund will be issued for the original merchandise price, excluding return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Refunds will be processed in the original currency and at the same exchange rate used during the initial transaction. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items must also be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

4. Multiple Shipping Addresses
We currently ship to only one address per order. Orders requiring multiple shipping destinations must be placed separately.

5. P.O. Boxes
Most shipments are handled via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that USPS has limitations regarding the size of parcels that can be delivered to P.O. boxes. In the event that a package exceeds the allowable size, USPS will hold the package at a designated location. The Nichole Collection is not responsible for any packages once they have been shipped.

6. Undeliverable Orders
The Nichole Collection cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to the following: refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the package from the post office, or incorrect shipping address information provided during checkout. Customers are advised to double-check shipping details to ensure successful delivery.

7. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
