Terms and Conditions for Returns, and Refunds

1. Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Initiation 
If you are not fully satisfied with the items received, you must contact us at info@nicholecollection.com or through our online chat help within fourteen (14) days of receipt to initiate the return process. Failure to contact us within this time frame will result in the inability to return the items. **No exceptions**.

2. Refund and Return Policy
To ensure the integrity of the shopping experience at The Nichole Collection, any customer who initiates two or more returns within a fourteen (14) day period will only be eligible for store credit for the returned items. Additionally, a return label fee of nine dollars and ten cents ($9.10) per item will be charged. 

If a return is initiated within the permissible time frame, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any applicable duties and taxes. All refunds will be processed in the original currency and at the same exchange rate as the initial purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Conditions for Returned Merchandise  
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Certain items, such as **shapewear, swimwear, clearance items, cosmetics, markdowns, stockings, including socks, and custom-made name jewelry**, are **final sale** and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. **No exceptions**.

4. Shipping Policies and Free Shipping Offers  
Free shipping is available for orders of fifty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($59.99) or more, unless otherwise specified in a promotion. Any offers for free or discounted shipping are only valid with the use of a legitimate promotional code provided by The Nichole Collection.

5. P.O. Boxes 
Orders shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) may have limitations regarding parcel size. If a package exceeds allowable dimensions, USPS may hold the package at a local facility. The Nichole Collection is not responsible for packages once they have been dispatched.

6. Undeliverable Orders 
The Nichole Collection is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve from the post office, or incorrect address information provided during checkout. Customers are advised to verify shipping details carefully to ensure successful delivery.

7. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges  
All shipping charges are **non-refundable**. No exceptions.

8. Multiple Shipping Addresses  
The Nichole Collection only ships to one address per order. If multiple shipping addresses are required, separate orders must be placed.

9. US Return Shipping  
For U.S. returns, a nine-dollar and ten-cent ($9.10) return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers must follow these steps to initiate a return:  
   a. Contact us via the website, providing details of the item(s) to be returned and the reason, along with photographic evidence if there are quality issues.  
   b. After receiving instructions and the return address, package the item(s) with the original packaging and drop off the package at the local post office.  
   c. Provide the return receipt, tracking number, and proof of return to expedite the refund process.  
   d. The customer is responsible for tracking the return shipment and must provide photographic evidence of the received item to info@nicholecollection.com. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been verified.

The Nichole Collection is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment processor in issuing the refund. Customers will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

10. International Returns/Refunds  
For international returns, customers should allow forty-five to sixty (45-60) days for the return or refund process to be completed. All conditions listed under U.S. Return Shipping also apply to international returns and refunds.

11. Order Cancellations  
Once an order has been placed, it is considered a binding agreement. Orders cannot be canceled or altered once the status is marked as "in transit." The Nichole Collection reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized use of offers, payment discrepancies, or other unforeseen issues. 

12. Undeliverable Orders Due to Incorrect Address Information  
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or failure to retrieve the package, The Nichole Collection is not responsible for the undelivered item. Customers are advised to double-check their address details when placing an order to avoid delivery issues.

13. Return Address 
The Nichole Collection operates warehouses in various locations. If a return is necessary, customers must contact us for the appropriate return address based on their order. Please do not return items to the address listed on the package, as this may result in delays or processing issues.

By placing an order with The Nichole Collection, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this document.

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
