The hair is not that long, I would use them to keep the heat a little but I don't think they will warm you up that much, if you live where it snows in winter I don't think it will help much, if you live in the city, you are stockings like that in your pants will help you maintain body heat

The quality is outstanding on the inside, very fluffy and warm indeed. However, when I was putting them on a ran into an error with my thighs. They are large so I got an xl just incase. I was able to put the tights on fine but they didn’t really fit my inner thighs by my pelvis area. I couldn’t fit them properly since they squeezed my inner thighs and not my hip bones where my coochie is. Made me look like I have a camel toe…. Anyways, great quality but get 2-3 sizes bigger if you have thick thighs.
