Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 2-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Please allow 7-15 days to receive your item. Keep in mind,  we do not have control over the postal service.  This is an estimated delivery. 

Free shipping is valid for orders $59.99 or more. Sometimes we run specials on free or discounted shipping. Offers for discounted or free shipping are valid by using a promoted valid code given to you from The Nichole Collection only.


You have 14 days from the time you received your item to initiate a return with us. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Final Sale items are ineligible for a return or refund. If you choose to return an item, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price (minus any return shipping charges and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item) in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. This can be very costly and sometimes ending up costing more than you paid for your item.

Please note that you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges (you will not be reimbursed for any amount you paid in shipping charges for the initial delivery of the merchandise). Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and all original tags must be attached. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.


At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.


Most orders are shipped via United States Parcel Service (USPS), there are limitations when it comes to the size of the parcel that can be delivered. If your package doesn't fit, USPS will hold your package aside.  We are not responsible for your item once it has shipped.

Undeliverable Orders

If a package cannot be delivered due to refusal, lack of retrieval from the post office, or incorrect address information provided during the order process, we cannot be held responsible. Therefore, we kindly ask you to double-check your address details when placing an order to ensure successful delivery.
